School Development
We are always looking for ways to develop our school and to make it even better!
If you have any questions about our plans or any further suggestions, please do let me know, I would love to hear from you.

We have four key priorities for development during 2025–26:
- Continuing to develop teacher expertise and confidence across all areas of the curriculum.
- Maintaining our strong culture of excellent attendance across the whole school community.
- Strengthening and deepening support for children’s mental health and wellbeing.
- Keeping high-quality play at the heart of school life through our OPAL approach.
All of our school development priorities are rooted in our Christian vision of “Life in all its fullness” (John 10:10), ensuring that every child is supported to flourish academically, socially, emotionally and spiritually as part of our school family.
